• Property listings aggregated from multiple sources
• Market analytics and price trends for Costa Blanca and Murcia regions
• AI-powered property valuations and deal scores
• Investment calculators and tools
• Market news and guides

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

ostaInvest offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes for EU customers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Circumvent access controls or subscription limits
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) without authorization
• Harass, spam, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ostaInvest and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Property listings and associated data are sourced from third-party providers and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. We display this content under fair use principles for informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property listings
• AI-generated valuations and deal scores are estimates only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on information from our platform
• We do not endorse or verify any property, seller, or agent listed on the platform

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ostaInvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alicante, Spain, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence under EU consumer protection laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
